Build to Suit Program
If you need a building suited to your needs, the Poteau Industrial Authority has a build-to-suit program that might work for you. If you have fewer than 50 employees, pay double the minimum wage with health benefits and will create at least 10 new jobs, we will build you a building up to $300,000.00 and give you a lease purchase agreement for 3 years. If you need a bigger building, the Poteau Industrial Authority will work with the County Industrial and other agencies and financial institutions to help you get what you need.
